Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up for and using TMJCrew ("the Service"), operated by Astario Systems Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TMJCrew is an AI-powered accountability and motivational companion delivered via SMS and WhatsApp. The Service provides daily check-ins, win tracking, goal tracking, personalised news drops, and re-engagement messages.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using TMJCrew, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.

4. Account and Phone Number

Your TMJCrew account is linked to your phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your phone number and any interactions conducted through it. You consent to receiving SMS messages from TMJCrew at the phone number you provide.

5. SMS Consent and TCPA Compliance

By providing your phone number and signing up, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated SMS messages from TMJCrew. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by texting STOP. Text HELP for help.

6. Pricing and Payments

TMJCrew offers a free tier with limited features and a paid subscription at $19/month. Payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time, and your access to paid features will continue through the end of the current billing period.

7. AI-Generated Content

TMJCrew uses artificial intelligence to generate messages. While we strive for helpful and accurate responses, AI-generated content should not be considered professional advice (financial, legal, medical, or otherwise). Use your own judgment when making decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

TMJCrew is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data.

9. Crew Matching

Crew matching is an optional Pro feature that introduces you to other TMJCrew members. It is off by default and only runs after you turn it on in settings. When enabled, Ben may share an anonymised summary of your goals and accountability traits (no name, no phone number) with a potential match, and share theirs with you, so you can each decide whether you want an introduction.

Introductions are double opt-in. Your first name and phone number are only shared with another member after you have both approved the match — and the preview message tells you this before you decide. You can withdraw at any time by turning crew matching off in settings or by texting STOP, which cancels any pending introductions. We keep a record of matches (including declined and expired ones) so the same pairing isn't proposed twice; this record is deleted when you delete your account. You are responsible for your own conduct with anyone you are introduced to; Ben makes introductions, not guarantees.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
